E-bikes
We rent electric pedal assist full suspension mountain bikes at our Dead Horse Point State Park location 7 days per week. Our bikes are the Marin Rift Zone E1 ($5,000 MSRP - $125 to rent for the day). We only rent for a single daily rate (no hourly rental available). Dead Horse Point State Park is currently the only beginner to intermediate E-bike friendly singletrack mountain biking trail system in Moab.
Our Locations
We have a trailhead location within Dead Horse Point State Park at the mountain biking trailhead. You will receive a location link with your confirmation email. We also offer trailhead rental service at The Moab Brand Trails. You will receive a location link within your confirmation email.

Dead Horse Point State Park: This park is usually on the top of the list of places folks want to visit while they are in Moab. There are incredible overlooks of the Colorado river and the La Sal mountain range from view points along the mountain bike trails. There are beginner and intermediate level trails in this trail system. This location is beginner and family friendly. This is the most popular scenic option.

Additional information: This park has an entry fee. This fee is currently $25 but is subject to change. Also, this park is 40 minutes from downtown Moab. There are no services in the area. Fill up on fuel and bring lunch before you head to the park.

The Moab Brand Trails: This trail system is the most convenient beginner and intermediate level option. It is only 15 minutes from downtown Moab. It is a perfect introduction to Moab riding with a variety of desert terrain - clay, slickrock, gravel. The trail system borders Arches National Park, so there is amazing scenery. Balanced rock and the Windows Arch formation is viewable from a distance. This location is also beginner and family friendly.

Additional information: The scenery from this trail system is not quite as spectacular as the Dead Horse Point views. However, there are views of Arches National Park, so the scenery is likely some of the most incredible views you have ever set eyes on.

Cancellation Policy:
*Please double check your reservation date. If you arrive the day after your reservation, you will not receive a refund for the reservation from the previous day and you will need to make a new booking if bikes are available.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for bike rentals. All transactions are final within 48 hours of your reservation. Cancelling up to 48 hours prior to the rental activity will receive a refund. There is a 10% fee for cancelling a reservation prior to 48 hours due to bank transaction fees. Cancelling or no-shows within 48 hours of the activity will result in no refund.

Weather related cancellation policy: We only refund reservations due to lightning or moisture (heavy rain or snow) that can lead to trail and/or equipment damage. This means that cancelations due weather that is not ideal or is uncomfortable (light snow, rain, wind or heat) will not be eligible for a refund. June - August temperatures are often extreme and high winds are common. We do not refund cancellations due to heat and/or wind - that is the typical weather during that time period. Mountain Biking sometimes requires proper clothing like rain jackets, gloves and other performance wear. We want every customer to have an enjoyable experience, however imperfect weather is sometimes part of the adventure. Remember to bring the appropriate gear for the possible weather conditions.

What if I miss my reservation? When you reserve bikes, we hold those bikes and make sure they are ready for you. This means no one can rent and ride those bikes that day. If you reserve bikes but never pick them up, you will not receive a refund for any reason.
